What is up with those books. I doubt that the japanese even know that they were printed but we americans (who can't even read them) have been over whelmed coast to coast.
yup, and then today at nicolas' one of our designers sent in a photocopied page from the first volume to use as reference for a jacket we're making. It makes me optimistic that fashion is turning towards more complicated, well-executed designs even if the inspiration is so transparently from the same place...
