More jean talk.

Well, I finally made myself a pair of jeans. Aside from a few very minor errors, I am very happy with how they came out! I have been wearing them everyday since I finished them. I'd been imagining this large back yoke, which pushed the pockets down onto the leg. It's a design I'm incorporating into my senior collection, and thought I would try it out on myself first to see how it makes me feel. I have yet to apply belt loops, but plan to do so soon.

They look very professional! and they make your butt really cute (maybe it already is) and i love the topstitching.
where'd you finally find the denim?

I had to change some of the photos because I felt my butt looked unusually large. I feel much better now. Also your encouragement helped, thanks Hannah! I actually had that denim for awhile, from the Mill End store. It was really shiny and stiff before I washed it, but came out perfect once I did. I'm still on the hunt for good denim for my collection, but I'm feeling a little more hopeful about it now. Now I'm working on some jeans for Rob's cute butt.

These are GREAT! You did an excellent job. I think it's the fit that brings the more applause from me...

You make me want to do some for my size 22 butt.

By the way... you're tiny. :-))

I appreciate your comments so much! It took me roughly four fittings to get them the way I wanted them, so that is a very exciting part for me as well! I encourage everyone to take on the challenge. What is more coveted than a pair of fitting jeans?! Especially if such a thing is hard to find, which is the case for so many people.
